A four-week, small-group experience structured and designed to help reduce your anxiety and build your confidence so you can improve and form positive and meaningful social and personal relationships.

Week 1:

Identifying Obstacles: What Gets in the Way of your Confidence so that You can Create and Form Meaningful Relationships.

Uncover barriers that get in the way of your confidence and self-esteem. Explore the powerful impact of self-criticism, and identify and break free from the common thinking traps that can hinder your ability to form connections and relationships.

Week 2:

Breaking Free from Your Negative Thoughts for Confidence.

Did you know that your thoughts can shape your confidence? In this lesson, you'll uncover how the way you think directly impacts how you feel and how you show up in the world. You’ll learn about ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts)—those self-doubting thoughts that can hold you back—and discover evidenced based strategies to manage them so they’re not managing you. Your thoughts don’t have to control you—you can take the lead.

Week 3:

Rising from Self-Doubt: Building Your Positive Self-Belief.

Discover how self-doubt impacts you. Learn to recognize moments when self-doubt holds you back from engaging with others. Acquire skills to build daily positive self-belief. Acquire strategies to manage self-doubt and reduce self-defeating thoughts that can get in the way of reaching out, connecting with others and forming relationships.

Week 4:

Taking Action and Stepping Into Your Confidence.

Learn how to engage in and sustain confidence using social skills, communication skills, and body language. Make SMART Goals for your next steps.

Week 5: Bonus Session

Reflection and Integration.

With over 10 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping adults and young adults manage anxiety, gain practical evidenced based tools that they can use daily to help decrease self-doubt, and build healthy self-esteem and improve their social confidence.
