A four-week, small-group experience structured and designed to help reduce your anxiety and build your confidence so you can improve and form meaningful social and personal relationships.
In this program, you'll gain access to Cognitive and Behavioral tools designed to improve your social interactions by targeting negative thoughts and behaviors. These behaviors can impact your social confidence and the ability to form relationships.

Taking Action and Stepping Into Your Confidence.
Learn how to engage in and sustain confidence using social skills, communication skills, and body language. Make SMART Goals for your next steps.
